Formula 1 race team

I led the delivery of the new performance data platform to unify all data types across the business, from time series to manufacturing, we implemented low-code tools to speed operational decision-making, Working as the sole Product Manager, I concurrently managed the commercial agreements with suppliers alongside defining the strategy, scope and roadmap.

Marks & Spencer

I led the digital product group to launch and scale a new 3rd-party brands marketplace from £0 to £120M/year in 18 months, Alongside this, I led the improvement of payments infrastructure handling £1.8B+ online revenue annually, and established the company’s product management practice helping improve alignment across teams and roadmaps for the whole of M&S.
